Leadership
Wesley Knight, Founder and Managing Partner, brings a background in commercial lending and capital markets, with experience underwriting and structuring more than $300 million in real estate transactions. That perspective informs Evergreen’s disciplined approach to QSR and net-lease development.
Prior to launching Evergreen, Wesley spent over a decade advising business owners and real estate investors on capital strategy and growth. He brings that same perspective to Evergreen – developing well-located retail sites that support tenant expansion and deliver strong returns for investment partners.
