With a background in commercial lending and capital markets, Wesley has underwritten and structured more than $300 million in real-estate transactions—experience that drives Evergreen’s data-backed, execution-focused approach to QSR and net-lease development.
Prior to launching Evergreen, Wesley spent over a decade advising business owners and real-estate investors, helping them scale with smart capital solutions and strategic asset growth. He brings that same mindset to Evergreen’s mission: developing high-quality retail sites that support tenant expansion and deliver strong returns for investment partners.
