Wesley Knight – Founder & Managing Partner

Wesley brings more than a decade of commercial lending and capital markets experience to Evergreen, having underwritten and structured more than $300 million in commercial real estate transactions. That background informs how Evergreen evaluates sites, structures projects, and manages risk.

Prior to founding Evergreen, Wesley advised business owners and real estate investors on growth strategy and capital structure across multiple asset classes. He launched Evergreen to apply that same disciplined approach to QSR and net-lease development, with an emphasis on speed, clarity, and execution.
